Mr.Silbiger completed his under graduate studies at Georgetown University, obtaining Magna Cum Laude honors at the top of his class. Mr. Silbiger practiced in a mid-sized Manhattan law firm before relocating back to his home State of Maryland. While in New York, his practice was concentrated in the areas of corporate finance, general corporate matters, real estate, and bankruptcy issues.
He graduated from the New York University School of Law. David M. Silbiger, Esquire was licensed to practice law in New York and Maryland in 1985.
Mr. Silbiger is a member of the Baltimore City Bar Association and Maryland State Bar Association for the District of Maryland, United States District Court for the District of Maryland, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is currently licensed to practice in the State of Maryland, State of New York and in the Federal Courts of the United States. Chelsea Jaye Silbiger is an associate with Silbiger Law Offices, handling a broad range of matters (or practice areas), including workers’ compensation, personal injury, family law, estate planning, and bankruptcy law.
Chelsea earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Cynthia H. Jones at the Maryland Circuit Court. Chelsea completed her undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with minors in physiology and international studies.
